Elaine became church secretary on August 14, 2018 and reports "there has never been a dull day since." She is both diligent and cheerful in her work. Elaine is a lifelong resident of Colbert. She is married to Daniel Lashley and has been blessed with a wonderful family...past and present, loving her church family as well. In addition, she serves the church as an accomplished pianist. A passion for music, particularly the piano began at an early age. She started playing the piano some at church when she was about 12 years old and played for a wedding at 14. Since then, she has played for many funerals, weddings, and church services. Elaine is grateful for all the opportunities, encouragement, love, and support she has been given through the years.
